Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping only for orders over $400.00 USD. The amount of $2 to $10 will be added if
insurance is required. Quicker delivery, like Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Fed Ex Saver
available with extra charge. The free shipping does not apply to systems or first party
accessories.

Shipping Policy
- Our standard shipping/handling charge is $8 US, which includes priority shipping. We
also offer faster shipping options.
- Modshopplace ships most orders the next business day after they are placed. We ship from
the Toronto area in Canada.
- Domestic and US orders via Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2-4 days after they are
shipped. UPS Express Mail orders usually arrive the next business day after they are
shipped, but depending on your location, it might take two days. We are not responsible
for any delays caused by the postal service. Occasionally, orders can take up to a week.
We ask that you please not contact us about non-receipt of your order until 8 business
days have passed. We appreciate your patience! Obviously, foreign orders will take longer,
averaging a week.
Returns Policy
- If you are having a problem with a Modshopplace product, we ask you first to contact us
at modshopplace@covetime.com.
You must have authorization from us before you return merchandise.
- Shipping and other fees that may be incurred on returned merchandise will be at
buyers/shippers expense. A 15% re-stocking fee will also be charged.
- We reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. All returns of
non-defective material are subject to the restocking fee; we do not credit back
shipping/handling costs. Non-defective merchandise is returnable for store credit or
exchange only.
- No exchange or return on brand new systems cover Manufacturer’s guarantee.
- Any claim for damage merchandise should be filed with carrier at time of delivery. Other
claims, if any, should be communicated to Modshopplace within 2 days of delivery date.
Payment Policy
- We use Paypal, 2Checkout and accept Money Orders to provide you with a
trusted secure mechant handling system.
- Money Orders may be sent to us which means the buyer will have to wait
until we receive the monies in our banks before we can ship any merchandise.
